Dept. of Employment Affairs & Social Protection – “Make Work Pay” Consultation 2018

The Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection is organising an extensive consultation process in relation to how it supports people with disabilities.

The purpose of this process is to engage with people with disabilities, parents of children with disabilities, and sectoral representatives and to seek their views on proposals relating to early engagement with people with disabilities in line with recommendations 9a and b and 10 of the Make Work Pay report.

To get your views on the issues, a series of consultation seminars will be held across the country. The seminars will take place in the following locations:

  • The Gibson Hotel, Point Square, Dublin 1 on 27th February, commencing at 6:00pm
  • The Clayton Hotel, Clarion Road, Ballinode, Sligo on 1st March, commencing at 10:30am
