We were asked by the HSE to circulate this information about a project they are undertaking to develop alternative respite models. Further information is in their letter below and details of the consultation session are in the poster.
Dear Service User & Family,
The HSE Disability Service in your area are hoping to work with Genio Trust to develop a project to explore alternative respite services which would ensure a more person-centred, meaningful life for you and your family.
This project if successful will be delivered over the next two years and will change respite services to make them more flexible and family friendly. We are calling this project “2020 Vision” which we hope will inspire more visibility for those living in our communities with a disability.
Your views and options are important as we plan this project submission. You and your family or Carers are invited to one of the consultation session which take place next week, the details are attached.
