Comments and Complaints

Carriglea Cáirde Services has a culture of openness that welcomes feedback, the raising of issue and the making of comments and complaints by service users, their families and advocates. These are seen as a valuable source of information and are used to make improvements in services provided. We welcome positive comments so that we can build on our successes and we will share positive feedback with the relevant staff. We will listen carefully to all negative comments or complaints and seek to resolve them if possible.
