The following key topics were presented:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Feedback from the Satisfaction Surveys<\/strong> \u2013 An overview of responses received and how this feedback is shaping service improvements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>All 4 1 Committee Update<\/strong> \u2013 Insights from the most recent meeting, highlighting the voices and contributions of people who use our services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Board Planning Day Outputs (May 2025)<\/strong> \u2013 A summary of the strategic priorities and actions identified during the Board\u2019s planning session earlier this year.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>National Human Rights Strategy<\/strong> \u2013 A presentation outlining the national framework and how it aligns with our commitment to rights-based service delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For those who were unable to attend, <strong>copies of the presentations are now available below<\/strong>.
