\u20ac25,000: award contract on the basis of written\/email responses to specifications sent to at least three suppliers or service providers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Over \u20ac25,000: award contract on the basis of clear evaluation criteria in line with more detailed specifications and advertise on <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.etenders.gov.ie\/\">eTenders<\/a> <\/span>website.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
